Exchange Policy
We offer a 3-day easy exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for exchange:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging
- Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible:
- Used or damaged products (after delivery)
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased during special sale / clearance offers
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- Wrong product
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear unboxing video / photos
We will provide a free replacement.
Refund Policy
- We do not offer direct refunds
- Only exchange or store credit is provided
Return Shipping
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
- In case of damaged/wrong product, we will cover the shipping cost
