Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day easy exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging
  • Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible:

  • Used or damaged products (after delivery)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased during special sale / clearance offers

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • Wrong product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear unboxing video / photos

We will provide a free replacement.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer direct refunds
  • Only exchange or store credit is provided

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
  • In case of damaged/wrong product, we will cover the shipping cost
